5 Potatoes, cubed (russetts)
1 Onion, diced
3-1/2 to 4 Cups Water
1-1/2 Cups Milk
2 Tbsp. Dill
1 Tsp. Salt
Pepper to Taste
2-3 Tbsp. Sour Cream
2-3 Tbsp. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan combine potatoes, onions and water; boil for one-half hour. Then add milk, dill and salt; cook all of this for 15 to 20 minutes. Then when finished add some pepper, sour cream and butter. Pour into soup bowls and enjoy.
