1 - 8-1/4 oz can crushed pineapple
2 Cups Bisquick baking mix
1 T sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups. Mix pineapple (with syrup) and the remaining ingredients; beat well 30 seconds. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full. Bake until light golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 15 minutes.
