1 lb. (16oz.) Velveeta cheese cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 pkg.(10 oz.) frozen chopped Spinach, thawed & drained
4 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, cut up
1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL tomatoes, undrained
8 slices Oscar Meyer bacon, cooked, drained & crumbled

Place the Velveeta cheese in a large microwaveable bowl, add spinach, cream cheese, Rotel, and bacon. Microwave on high 5 minutes or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or assorted fresh vegetables.
