1/2 Recipe of Basic Sweet Dough
20 Tlbs. butter
Carmel frosting

Directions:
Directions:
1) Roll dough to 1/2" thickness.
2) Spread butter on 2/3 of dough.
3) Bring the 1/3 uncovered dough over 1/2 of butter- covered dough.
4) Then bring the remaining butter covered dough over the two.
5) Roll out to 1/2" thick and let raise for 10 minutes.
6) Roll out once more to 1/2" thickness and shape into small buns.
7) Let rise 1 hour.
8) Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until browned on bottoms.
9) Cool on rack and frost with your favorite caramel frosting.
