2-2/3 Cup Cottage Cheese
1 (4oz.) Pkg. Lemon Jello
3 Pkgs. Artificial Sweetner
1 Cup Boiling Water
1 (9”) Graham Cracker Crust

Directions:
Directions:
Make crust and cool. Dissolve jello in boiling water and put in refrigerator to cool but not to set. Blend cottage cheese in blender until smooth. Add cooled jello and sweetner. Blend until well blended. Pour into cooled crust and refrigerate until set. Garnish with graham cracker crumbs.
For variety, use different flavors of jello and garnish with fruit.
