1 box German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 C. water
1/2 C. Canola oil
3 Large eggs
1/2 can condensed milk (NOT evaporated)
1 Pk. caramels
1/2 can condensed milk
1/2 cup nuts
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1) Combine first 5 ingredients and beat for 2 minutes.
2) Put half of batter into greased 9x13" pan and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
3) Melt together caramels and condensed milk.
4) Spread mixture over cake.
5) Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips.
6) Cover with remaining batter and bake at 350 degrees for another 30 minutes, or until cake pulls away from side of pan.
