2 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 (15.5oz) Cans Black Beans, rinsed & drained
2 Cups Salsa
1-1/2 Cups Chicken, cooked and cubed
1/2 Cup Frozen Corn, thawed
2 Tsp. Ground Cumin

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add garlic, cook, stirring 2 minutes. Stir in beans, salsa, chicken, corn, cumin and 2 cups water; bring to a boil. Over medium heat, cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened for 15 minutes. If desired, serve with sour cream & lime wedges.
Makes 4 servings.
