12 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 egg whites, beaten
1/4 c. plus 1 T. honey (divided)
2 c. cornflakes, crushed
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 tsps. dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450, Cut chicken into desired strips. Combine beaten egg whites with 1 T. honey. Place crushed cornflakes and pepper in shallow dish and mix. Dip chicken in egg whites then roll in cornflake mixture. Bake for 11-13 mins. on cookie sheet.
Mix remaining honey, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder and use as dipping sauce.
