35 Dags(Oz.) Flour
1 Egg
2 Egg Yolk
Pinch of Salt
40 Dag(Oz.) Cottage Cheese
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Tsp. Sugar

Make the filling by mixing the cottage cheese with the salt and egg yolks. For the dough, add egg to flour, adding water and knead dough together into a ball. Divide the ball into smaller pieces and flatten with a rolling pin (the thinner the better). Cut out circles and add filling. Fold in half and pinch edges together. Cook in large amount of boiling water until soft. Remove from water and add topping.
