1 Cup Water 1/2 Cup Margarine 1/4 Tsp. Salt 1 Cup Flour 3 Eggs
Heat water, margarine and salt to a rolling boil. Then stir in flour and stir vigorously until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat and beat in eggs. Spoon into decorators bag with large star tip. Squeeze 4 inch strips into hot oil (360º). Fry approximately 2 minutes turning once. Drain on paper towels and roll in cinnamon sugar (1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon).
