1/4# Marshmallows
2 squares chocolate, grated
1/2 cup hot water
1 tsp. soda
2 C. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 C. sugar
1 C. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1) Melt chocolate and marshmallows over hot water. When melted, add 1/2 C. hot water beating to a smooth paste.
2) Beat eggs, add sugar and beat until creamy. Add sour cream and stir until smooth.
3) Mix flour with soda and salt and gradually fold into egg mixture.
4) Fold in the chocolate mixture.
5) Pour batter into greased 8 or 9" round cake pans.
6) Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
7) Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.
