3-1/2 Cups Water, warm
3/4 Cup Sugar
6 Tbsp. Yeast
1 Cup Oil
Add:
1 Tbsp. Salt
10 to 10-1/2 Cups Flour
2-3 Eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combined the water, sugar, yeast and oil together; set aside until yeast is activated. Add the salt, flour and eggs to yeast mixture and mix thoroughly. Rise about 15 to 20 minutes. Roll and cut into croissants. Bake at 375 for 10 to 15 minutes.
