1 Roast, Pork, Beef or Chicken
Green Onions to taste
2 Tbsp. Garlic Paste, in produce section
2 Cups Brown Sugar
1 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Cup Water
2 Tbsp. Ginger Paste

Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook all day. Start on high and reduce to low. Serve over rice.

I received this recipe from Leola Fonua, a friend that I worked with at the LDS Distribution. It has become my family's favorite. I add 1 can of crushed pineapple to the original recipe.
