3 Cups Sweet Potatoes, mashed*
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs, beaten
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1-1/2 Tsp. Vanilla
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup Flour
1 Cup Pecans, chopped
1/3 Cup Margarine, melted

Mix together the sweet potatoes (Note: You may use canned sweet potatoes), sugar, eggs, milk, salt, and vanilla. Put in a buttered 1-1/2 qt. baking dish. Mix up topping and sprinkle over potato mixture. Note: I double the topping. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
