4 Cups Whole Wheat Flour 2 Cups White Flour 1 Cup Sugar 1 Qt. Buttermilk 2 Tsp. Baking Soda
Combine buttermilk and baking soda; set aside. Combine the rest of the ingredients together, then add to the buttermilk mixture; combined well. Spoon into 2 loaf greased loaf pans. Bake at 375º for 1 hour.
