1 Egg
1 C. Cream
1-3/4 C. flour
1 C. Sugar
1 tsp. Soda
1/2 C. nuts
2 C. Rhubarb
TOPPING:
2 Tlbs. flour
2 Tlbs. Butter
1/2 C. Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1) Combine first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl and beat for 2 minutes.
2) Stir in nuts and rhubarb.
3) Put into greased 9x13" pan.
TOPPING:
Blend topping ingredients with pastry blender and sprinkle over cake.
Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour, or until cake just pulls away from sides of pan and crust is brown.
