2 Cups Wheat Berries, cooked
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 Cups Red Onion, sauted
4-5 Mushrooms, chopped and sauted
1-2 Carrots, diced
1 Bunch Brocolli
1 Jar Articoke Hearts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 5 ingredients and set aside to cool. When cool add the remaining ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Taste before serving, you may want to add more vinegar.
