2 Lbs. Velveeta Cheese
1 Clove Garlic
2 Sm. Onions, minced or 1 bunch green onions
6 Eggs, hard boiled
3/4 Cup Salad Oil
1 Can Chopped Black Olives
1 Can Green Chilies, diced (or Jalapenos)
3 Bags French Rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients together let stand a few hours (until melted enough to blend slightly). Cut rolls almost in half. Pull out some of the middle. Put a heaping spoonful of mixture inside and wrap in wax paper or heavy tin foil. (Freeze or refrigerate.) Warm in oven at 350 until heated through or remove wrapping and microwave.
