2 Tsp. Vanilla
2 (7oz.) Jars Marshmellow Cream
2 (12oz.) Pkgs. Chocolate Chips*
5 Cups Sugar
10 Oz. Evaporated Milk
1 Cup Butter**

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine vanilla, marshmellow cream and chips, set aside. In a medium saucepan combined sugar, milk and butter. (**Note: butter must be added in divisions. Add 3 Tbsp. to pan and the rest set aside.) Bring to boil stirring constantly until it reaches 233 aproximately 5 minutes. Add remaining butter. Heat to boiling stirring constantly. Pour over chips mixture; stir until well blended. Pour into a buttered 9X13 or larger pan. Cool until firm. Cut in to squares. Heat mixture longer for firmer fudge. Use 14 oz. milk for creamier fudge. * Substitue chocolate chips for milk chocolate and cinnamon or white chocolate and peanut butter, etc. You choose.
