1/2 Tsp. Salt
3 Cups Sugar
3/4 Cup Corn Syrup
3/4 Cup Water
2 Egg Whites
1 (3oz.) Pkg. Strawbery Jello
1/2 Cup Coconut (optional)
1 Cup Nuts, chopped
1 Tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salt, sugar, corn syrup and water in saucepan and cook until it reaches 240. While mixture is cooking, beat egg whites and jello until stiff. Add cooked mixture slowly to egg whites, beating continuously. Continue beating until mixture starts to set. Add coconut nuts and vanilla. Shape into pieces and allow to cool.
