1-1/2 Tbsp. Flour
3 Tbsp. Cocoa
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Tbsp. Butter
1/2 Tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add milk. Boil hard for 2 minutes. Add butter and vanilla; stir. Serve hot or cold over ice cream.
