3-1/2 Cups Chicken, chopped
2 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
1/2 Cup Walnuts, chopped
1 Cup Celery, diced
3 Tbsp. Onion, chopped
1-1/4 Cups Mayonnaise
Red Apples, cubed
1 Can Mandarin Oranges

Mix all ingredients and chill very well.
