1 Lb. Hamburger
1 (3oz.) Pkg. Sloppy Joe Mix
1 Tube Crescent Rolls
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Onion
1 (16oz.) Can Refried Beans
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Cups Cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Brown hamburger and onion is skillet. Add sloppy joe mix and beans. Mix well and set aside. Roll crescent rolls out enough so they fit in the bottom of a 9X13 pan and half an inch up the side. Spoon meat mixture over rolls. Blend sour cream, egg and cheese. Spread over meat mixture making sure that no part of the rolls are showing. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
