"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
1 Cup Water 1 Tsp. Salt 1 Tbsp. Sugar 1 Tsp. Garlic, minced 1/2 Tsp. Italian Seasoning 3 Cups Flour 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil 2 Tsp. Active Dry Yeast 2 Tsp. Parmesan Cheese Parmesan Cheese to Sprinkle.
Add first 9 ingredients to breadmaker in order listed by your manufacturer (Note: Put garlic down inside the flour so it does not slow the yeast). Set breadmaker on dough setting. When cycle is done, form two crusts on pizza pans. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, cover and let rise again. Bake 5 to 10 minutes at 450º. Cool. Wrap tightly in foil and freeze or use.
I do it a little less time and temp. I have cooked the pizza crust and then put toppings on and heated it until it's hot or I've spread the toppings on the raw dough and baked it all together. Either way works. All the Rosenlofs would rather have this than having pizza from a pizza joint (except of me of course, because I'd rather buy pizza than cook pizza!
