1-2/4 Cups Water
1 (14-1/2oz.) Can of Chicken Broth
1/2 Lb. Chicken, skinless, boneless, cubed
1-2 Tsp. Chili Powder
1 (11oz.) Can Mexican Corn, drained
1 Cup Chunky Salsa
Totrilla Chips
Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a 3 quart saucepan, combine water, broth, chicken and chili. Simmer 8 minutes. Add corn and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in salsa and heat through. Garnish each serving with chips and cheese as desired.
