1 c. milk
2 tbsp. corn starch (heaping), dissolved in an additional 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3-4 bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Bring milk to a boil, add sugar and corn starch mixture. Stir. Remove from heat and stir in egg yolks and remaining ingredients. Cool and pour over 3-4 sliced bananas in a baked pie shell.

This is a recipe from my Grandma's Aunt Johnanna. There is a note that she puts all eggs in. I'm guessing that means she uses the whites too. Also, serve with whipped cream.
