1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
dash of salt
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour and salt. Stir until it forms a ball. Cool slightly. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until mixed well. Drop by large spoonfuls on greased sheet. Makes 10 puffs. Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes, then reduce oven to 325 F and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
