Ingredients:
2 (8 oz.) pkgs curly macaroni
2 large carrots (grated)
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 c of chopped celery

Dressing:
1 pt Miracle Whip
1/2 c white vinegar
1 can Eagle brand milk
3/4 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
I boil the 2 packages of macaroni for 2 minutes, remove from heat, cover with lid and let set for 7 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Keep rinsing and draining until the noodles are cooled completely. Then add the vegetable ingredients and stir. Make the dressing in a bowl and pour this on the salad and mix completely. This salad usually tastes better if it sets in the refrigerator overnight.
