1 pkg Mrs. Dell's hash browns
1 small onion
3 c diced ham
2 c shredded cheese
1/2 stick oleo
1 c milk
14 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Put hash browns in bottom of greased glass 13x9 pan. Pour melted oleo over, add diced onion, ham. Mix eggs and milk, pour over hash browns. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 40-60 minutes at 350 oven. Can make a day a head of time, add 15-20 minutes to bake time.

You can add more ham & cheese if desired. I have put green peppers & mushrooms in too.
