1-2 lb fajita meat (get grocer to cut off membranes so it won't be tough) also pounding will help
Mexican limes (yellow in color)
Fajita seasoning at Fiesta

Season meat and cut across grain. Cook in skillet with hot oil until brown. Serve with pico de gallo and roll up in tortillas.
