2 cups raisin bran cereal
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups flour
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powdered
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup mashed bananas
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup oil
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease loaf pan.

In bowl, combine raisin bran and milk; let stand 5 minutes.

In bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another bowl beat together bananas, sugar, brown sugar, oil and egg; combine cereal and banana mixtures. Stir in flour mixture. Pour into pan.

Bake for 50-55 minutes.

Cool before slicing.
