1 white cake mix
1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple
2 cups sugar
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake according to instructions on package. Bake in 13 x 9 greased baking dish. Allow to cool.

Combine pineapple and sugar in saucepan; bring to boil. Spoon over cooled cake.

In bowl, cream butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar; beat until smooth. Add vanilla and pecans; mix well.

Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled cake.
