1/4 cup flour
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.

Place flour in shallow dish or pie plate. Sprinkle chicken with salt; coat with flour. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in skillet; add chicken; cook, turning once until golden, about 2-4 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet; place in 13 x 9 baking dish.

Heat 1 teaspoon oil in same skillet; add garlic and onion; add whipping cream, parmesan and pepper. Cook until sauce is bubbly and sightly thickened 2-3 minutes. Spoon sauce over chicken in dish.

Bake 8-12 minutes; sprinkle with parsley.
