1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 bananas, mashed
1 cup chopped nuts (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350.

In bowl, whisk flour, soda, salt and sugar; mix in eggs, melted butter and mashed bananas. Stir in nuts. Pour into prepared pans.

Bake 1 hour or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
