2 EGGS
2/3 CUP CRUSHED CRACKER CRUMBS
1 CUP MILK
1 TSP. SALT
1/8 TSP. PEPPER
1/2 TSP. SAGE
1/2 CUP OF CHOPPED ONION
SAUCE FOR LOAF:
3 T. BROWN SUGAR
1/4 CUP CATSUP
1/4 TSP. NUTMEG
1 TSP. DRIED MUSTARD

Directions:
Directions:
BEAT EGGS, ADD CRUSHED CRACKER CRUMBS, MILK, ALL
SPICES, MEAT, AND ONION. MIX TOGETHER.
PLACE MEAT MIXTURE IN 8X8 PAN AND ADD SAUCE TO
TOP OF MEAT. BAKE 350 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES
