1 1/2 cup hot cooked rice
2 chicken breasts cut into thin strips
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarach
1/2 teaspoon orange peel
1 cup frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
While rice is cooking, spray wok with cooking spray.

Heat until hot, add chicken, salt and pepper; cook and stir 3-4 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

In bowl, combine orange juice, honey, corn starch and orange peel; blend well. Add peas and orange juice to mixture in wok; cook and stir until mixture thickenes and peas are hot.

Serve over rice.
