1 c. crushed potato chips
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the shortening and sugar. Add the egg and vanilla and beat well.

Sift together the flour and soda and add to the first mixture. Stir in the potato chips, oatmeal and nuts. Drop by tsp. fulls on cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes.
