Ingredients:  
1 c. rice
5 eggs
2 c. cream
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
vanilla & cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in salted water until tender. Rinse and drain.

Beat the eggs and stir in the cream, milk, sugar and vanilla. Mix with rice and pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle top with cinnamon.

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
