1 8 oz. cream cheese,
1/3 cup sugar,
2 Tbsp. Rum or 1/2 tsp. rum extract,
1 - 9 oz. thawed Cool Whip,
1 8-1/4 oz. - crushed pineapple in syrup,
2-2/3 cups shredded coconut,

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese with sugar and rum until smooth. Fold in 2 cups of the whipped topping, pineapple with syrup and 2 cups of the coconut, spread in 9 inch layer cake pan, lined with plastic wrap.
Mix remaining Cool Whip with the remaining coconut and spread on top.
Garnish with pineapple and/or cherries
