cup cocoa
up. sugar
tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch
cup corn syrup
cup milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in saucepan over medium high heat. Add corn syrup and milk, stirring to blend, and coming to a boil. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter. Cool without stirring.

**I love to serve this with brownies and ice cream. To make an ordinary, prepackaged brownie mix taste like homemade, add 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. instant coffee to dry ingredients and add 1 package of chocolate chips to batter before baking.
