1 Pkg. (14oz.) Carmels
2/3 Cup Evaporated Milk
1 Box (18-1/2oz.) German Chocolate Cake Mix
3/4 Cup Butter
1 Cup Nuts, chopped
1 Pkg. (12oz.) Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk in top of double boiler. Heat over boiling water, stir until melted. Combine cake mix, remaining milk and softened butter; mix until mixture holds together, stir in nuts. Press 1/2 of cake mixture into a 9X13 pan. Bake at 350 for 6 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over pan. Pour melted carmels over pan. Crumble remaining cake mix on top and bake 15 to 18 minutes more.
