2 CUPS GRATED AMERICAN CHEESE
2 CUPS SOFT BREAD, CUT IN CUBES
6 EGGS, BEATEN LIGHTLY WITH FORK
2 CUPS OF SCALDED MILK WITH
2/3 CUP OF BUTTER

Directions:
SPRAY OR GREASE 13 X 9 PAN. PLACE CUT UP BREAD CUBES BOTTOM OF PAN. SCALD MILK AND ADD BUTTER TO MELT. BEAT EGGS LIGHTLY WITH FORK. ADD CHEESE, MILK MIXTURE, AND EGGS TO BREAD CUBES AND BAKE FOR 45 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES.
