1 Lg. Can Yams, drained
1 Sm. Can Candied Yams
3/4 Cup Butter, soft
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup Evaporated Milk
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
Topping:
1/3 Cup Butter, softened
1/3 Cup Flour
3/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Drain candied yams and reserve juice. Mix all ingredients except for topping until smooth. Use candied yam juice to thin to consistancy of mashed potatoes. Pour into oven safe casserole dish. In a different bowl. Mix topping ingredients, add nuts if desired and sprinkle over yams mixture. Bake 1-1/2 hours at 350.
