4 Cups unpealed small red potatoes - quartered
1 Cup Miracle Whip or Miracle Whip - Light
4 slices bacon cooked crisp and chopped
2 hard cooked eggs - chopped
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Vegatable Spray

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 15"x10"x1" baking pan and potatoes with Vegatable spray
Cook potatoes 30 - 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golder brown- stiring ONCE
Mix dressing, bacon onions, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add potatoes and mix lightly. Sprinkle with the eggs. Serve warm or chilled
