1/2 medium cucumber seeded and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup red onion chopped
1 plum tomato seeded and diced
1 can (3.25oz) pitted black olives drained
2 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove crushed
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 pkg (4 oz) crumbled feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place cucumber, onion, tomato, and olives in bowl. Stir in oil, garlic and Italian seasoning. Gently stir in feta cheese. Serve with tortilla chips or pita bread.
