9 Slices Bread, cubed
1 Lb. Sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
6 Eggs
1 Tsp. Mustard
2 Cups Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
3/4 Lb. Cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Place cubed bread in a greased 9X13 pan. Spread sausage evenly over bread. Mix eggs together with mustard, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over bread and sausage. Top with cheese. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
