2 Boxes Pacific Organic Chicken Broth
Diced Carrots
Diced Celery
Chopped Onion
3 c. Shredded Cooked Chicken
1/2 lb. Ground Sirloin
1 10 oz. Box Frozen Cut Spinach
1 1/2 to 2 c. Acipi Type Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Make meat balls by adding small amount of egg yolk, milk and bread crumbs. Roll them in to "button" sized meat balls and blanch them in beef stock till done.

Add to the two (2) boxes of chicken broth; shredded chicken, carrots, celery, onion and meat balls. Simmer for one (1) hour or longer.

Add cut spinach and cooked, and drained, noodles and simmer for another 30 minutes.
