3-4 lbs roast
1 envelope Italian dressing mix
1 jar pepperchoni
1 1/2 C water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Shred meat with fork when done.
Serve on sub buns topped with mozzarella cheese.

I usually make a day ahead. Then I can skim off fat from meat. I sometimes add an extra envelope of Italian dressing when reheating.
