3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together mashed potatoes, butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Place in an 8x8 baking pan (or 7x11). Melt together the topping ingredients and spread over the potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
