ONE HEAD OF CAULIFLOWER
1/2 TSP. SALT
10.5 OUNCE CONDENSED CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
ONE CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
1/3 CUP MAYONNAISE
1 tsp.CURRY POWDER
1/4 CUP DRIED BREAD CRUMBS
2 T. MELTED BUTTER

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. BREAK UP
CAULIFLOWER, AND COOK 10 TO 15 MINUTES IN BOILING WATER AND DRAIN. STIR SOUP, CHEESE, MAYONNAISE AND CURRY POWDER IN A 2 QT., SPRAYED CASSEROLE DISH. ADD CAULIFLOWER AND MIX. TOSS BREAD CRUMBS IN MELTED BUTTER AND SPRINKLE ON TOP. BAKE 350 DEGREE OVEN UNTIL HOT AND BUBBLY.
